Fast Swimming at the Milton Dash for Cash

The Guelph Marlins recently participated in the Milton Dash for Cash swim meet . For many swimmers 10 years and under, this was their first meet of the year or their first meet ever. Many swimmers used this meet as barometer to see how training was progressing while others used it to understand the process of a swim meet.
In the 50m free cash event, Jamie Bradshaw raced to a best time and the top cash prize in his age group. Matthew Steel and Yazan Obeidi both placed second and Kyra Tobin third in the 50 m free which earned them cash awards as well.
Congratulations to all those who put forth great effort in their first meet ever, and to those who saw new personal best times.
